Our personalized itinerary service is carefully tailored to your preferences and requirements, and we dedicate time and effort to creating a seamless travel plan. Refund Eligibility:

Full Refund: If you cancel your itinerary within 24 hours of purchase and we have not yet started working on your itinerary, we will provide a full refund.

Partial Refund: If we have already begun the planning process, and you cancel after 24 hours but before 50% of the work is completed, you may receive a partial refund based on the work already completed.

No Refund: Once the itinerary is completed and delivered to you, no refunds will be provided. This includes completed, personalized itineraries that include bookings or reservations with third-party providers (e.g., hotels, excursions, flights).

Cancellation by DOC & BEAN: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your itinerary for reasons beyond our control (e.g., personal emergency, unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund.

Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within the timeframes outlined above. Once a refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Third-Party Services: For bookings or reservations made with third-party service providers (e.g., flights, accommodations, excursions), cancellations or refunds will be subject to the third-party provider’s policies. DOC & BEAN is not responsible for third-party cancellation policies, and any refunds for third-party services must be pursued directly with the provider.

Changes to Itinerary: If you request changes after the itinerary has been delivered, additional charges may apply, depending on the extent of the changes. These charges will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any work being done.

Booking Services: We provide personalized travel itineraries, including recommendations for accommodations, excursions, transportation, and dining. While we assist with booking these services, all reservations for third-party services (such as flights, hotels, excursions, etc.) are handled directly by the respective providers.

Third-Party Responsibility: DOC & BEAN is not responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise from third-party providers, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, or service issues related to flights, hotels, tours, or transportation.

Liability: We make every effort to recommend reputable providers based on our experience. However, by booking through our recommended partners, you agree that DOC & BEAN is not liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from third-party services.
